2. Objeto

Este sitio presenta los servicios de consultoría y dirección de arte del estudio. Los casos que aparecen en esta web se identifican como reales o conceptuales. El roster de artistas mostrado en esta fase tiene carácter ilustrativo o de muestra.

3. Propiedad intelectual

La identidad visual, los textos y el diseño de este sitio pertenecen a su responsable. Las obras de arte mostradas pertenecen a sus autores y se muestran únicamente con fines de presentación del servicio. No está permitido descargar, copiar ni reproducir las imágenes de este sitio sin permiso expreso de sus titulares.

4. Datos personales

Solo tratamos los datos que nos facilitas voluntariamente a través del formulario de contacto o por correo (nombre, email y el contenido de tu mensaje), con una única finalidad: responderte.

• Base jurídica: tu consentimiento al enviar el mensaje.
• Conservación: el tiempo necesario para gestionar la conversación.
• Destinatarios: no cedemos tus datos a terceros. Los proveedores técnicos que intervienen en el envío y alojamiento son Vercel Inc. (alojamiento web), Web3Forms (entrega del formulario) y Google Ireland Ltd. (correo), que pueden implicar transferencias internacionales amparadas en cláusulas contractuales tipo.
• Tus derechos: puedes ejercer el acceso, rectificación, supresión y demás derechos escribiendo a hello@trobastudio.com. También puedes reclamar ante la AEPD.

5. Cookies y almacenamiento local

Este sitio no utiliza cookies ni herramientas de publicidad. Solo se emplea el almacenamiento local del navegador, que no requiere consentimiento por ser estrictamente funcional, para dos cosas: recordar tu preferencia de idioma y recordar si tu equipo necesita la versión aligerada del sitio (una medición de fluidez que se hace en tu propio navegador y no se envía a ningún sitio).

Estadísticas de visitas. Para saber cuántas visitas recibe la web usamos Vercel Web Analytics, la analítica de nuestro proveedor de alojamiento (Vercel Inc.). No usa cookies ni identifica a nadie: cada visita se distingue con un código calculado a partir de la propia petición, que se descarta a las 24 horas, y solo se guardan datos agregados (la página vista, la web de procedencia, el país o la ciudad, el tipo de dispositivo, el sistema y el navegador). Antes de enviarse, la dirección de la página se sustituye por una genérica, de modo que la clave de los enlaces de acceso nunca llega a esas estadísticas.

• Base jurídica: interés legítimo en conocer, de forma agregada, el uso del sitio.

6. Dossieres privados

Cuando enviamos un dossier, lo hacemos a una dirección propia para cada destinatario. Esos enlaces no están indexados en buscadores y tienen fecha de caducidad. Como cualquier página web, su consulta queda registrada en los registros de acceso del servidor (Vercel Inc.), lo que puede permitirnos saber si el dossier se ha abierto y cuándo, con la única finalidad de dar seguimiento a la conversación comercial que tú mismo has iniciado.

• Base jurídica: interés legítimo en el seguimiento de una solicitud previa tuya.
• Tus derechos: puedes oponerte a este tratamiento escribiendo a hello@trobastudio.com, y dejaremos de asociar esos accesos a tu nombre.

El enlace es personal pero no es una contraseña: si lo reenvías, quien lo reciba podrá verlo.

Este sitio se rige por la legislación española.

This site presents the studio’s art consultancy & curation services. The cases shown on this website are identified as real or conceptual. The artist roster shown at this stage is illustrative or a sample.

3. Intellectual property

The visual identity, texts and design of this site belong to the party responsible for it. The artworks shown belong to their authors and are displayed solely to present the service. The images on this site may not be downloaded, copied or reproduced without the express permission of their rights holders.

4. Personal data

We only process the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form or by email (name, email address and the content of your message), for a single purpose: to reply to you.

• Legal basis: your consent when you send the message.
• Retention: for as long as needed to handle the conversation.
• Recipients: we do not share your data with third parties. The technical providers involved in delivery and hosting are Vercel Inc. (web hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Google Ireland Ltd. (email), which may involve international transfers covered by standard contractual clauses.
• Your rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and the others available to you by writing to hello@trobastudio.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the AEPD, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site does not use cookies or advertising tools. It only uses the browser’s local storage, which requires no consent because it is strictly functional, for two things: remembering your language preference and remembering whether your device needs the lighter version of the site (a smoothness measurement taken in your own browser and never sent anywhere).

Visit statistics. To know how many visits the website receives we use Vercel Web Analytics, the analytics service of our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.). It uses no cookies and identifies no one: each visit is distinguished by a code calculated from the request itself, which is discarded after 24 hours, and only aggregate data is stored (the page viewed, the referring site, the country or city, the type of device, the operating system and the browser). Before it is sent, the page address is replaced with a generic one, so the key in the access links never reaches those statistics.

• Legal basis: legitimate interest in knowing, in aggregate, how the site is used.

6. Private dossiers

When we send a dossier, we do so at an address unique to each recipient. Those links are not indexed by search engines and have an expiry date. As with any web page, visits to them are recorded in the server access logs (Vercel Inc.), which may let us know whether the dossier has been opened and when, for the sole purpose of following up the commercial conversation that you yourself started.

• Legal basis: legitimate interest in following up a prior request of yours.
• Your rights: you can object to this processing by writing to hello@trobastudio.com, and we will stop associating those visits with your name.

The link is personal but it is not a password: if you forward it, whoever receives it will be able to see it.

7. Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law.
